Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy, govern Bonnyview Glamping relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Bookings and Payment
Once you have chosen to stay and checked availability bookings can be made online. Bonnyview Glamping accepts most Credit and Debit card payments through our online booking system. Our booking system assures you of security and confidentiality. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking with the balance due 28 days before arrival. Should a booking be made less than 28 days from arrival date then full payment is required. The lead person must be at least 21 years of age at time of booking.

Good House Keeping
There will also be a mandatory housekeeping deposit which will be payable when the balance is due. The deposit will be returned within 14 days providing the pod is left in a satisfactory and clean condition. A percentage of this deposit may be kept if extra cleaning is required.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us immediately should you be compelled to cancel your reservation and confirm this in writing. Only upon receipt of your written instructions will the cancellation take effect. In all cases of cancellation the booking deposit will be forfeited. Should cancellation occur less than 28 days prior to the date on which the holiday begins a refund will not be processed. Bonnyview Glamping does not operate any scheme of cancellation or travel insurance and recommend you obtain your own insurance cover for the holiday.

Cancellation by Bonnyview Glamping
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival and Departure
The pods are available from 3pm on arrival day and should be vacated no later than 10am on the final day of your stay. These times may be flexible subject to prior arrangement. Please advise us of your approximate arrival time prior to your stay.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for Bonnyview Glamping is stated on our website and must not be exceeded without prior permission from Bonnyview Glamping.

No Smoking Policy
Bonnyview Glamping operates a no smoking policy anywhere inside the cottages.

Pets
We have a zero pets policy on site

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the cottage and are expected to take all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc must be left clean and tidy at the end of your holiday. You are also responsible for any breakages or damage to the pods or its contents, or for any loss of equipment whilst being occupied by you. All such incidents must be notified to Bonnyview Glamping immediately.

Disclaimer
No responsibility will be accepted by the owners for any personal injury to you or any member of your party. No liability will be accepted for accident or loss of, or damage to personal effects, baggage, car or any other item belonging to you or any member of your party whether arising from the negligence of the owner, his representatives or that of any tenant of  Bonnyview Glamping . You must take all necessary steps to safeguard your property and ensure the personal safety of yourself and your party.

Complaints
If whilst on holiday you are not entirely satisfied with your accommodation, you should contact Bonnyview Glamping immediately in order that we may attempt to resolve the problem. Failure to follow this procedure will make it impossible for us to put the matter right and may result in the loss or reduction of any rights you may have had in connection with your complaint. If after contacting Bonnyview Glamping you still feel the problem has not been resolved to your satisfaction, then you must put your complaint in writing to “The Proprietors” within fourteen days of your return from holiday.

Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy. Bonnyview Glamping is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our website and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. We do not supply our “mailing information” to third parties but do use it to advise our guests of promotions, discounts or events which we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media
